That's a lot of possibilitys are you running the server on a home computer or vps if home computer your internet could be slow or the server it self slow (CPU not enough ram etc...) also your device might be slow or you could have your render distance set to high on the client device depending on how old the client is also your client device may have slow internet. But it could also be a glitch in pmmp or bug
Do you mean lag as in RENDER frames dropping on the mcpe client? Or other players being stuck on one place and then rapidly moving? In other words: Client sided lag or Server sided lag?
I'm not an expert at this but could you answer a couple more questions and I could possibly narrow down the problems 1. What's hosting vps or your own home server 2. What client device are you using example iPhone 3 , iPhone 6 , Samsung galaxy s6. 3. What's your internet speed you can check this by going to beta.speedtest.net and if your hosting on your own server how much CPU% is pmmp using and how much ram do you have and also how much are you using
also I've had a glitch personally I have no idea if this is related to your case but when ever I switch apps from mcpe to safari or something and back to mcpe without pausing the game first I get this very bad lag and my fps drops to like 10 whether I'm on a server or local world .
What OS is your client on? Or is it multi platform? What is with win10edition? Are spamming around with chat messages? Are there many entities?
