It says that it's 64 bit. Your Windows installation, however, is 32bit. You just need to install the 64 bit version.

That screenshot literally says "32 bit os, 64 bit cpu" LOL

There's probably a sticker on the back of your laptop with a product key for windows 10 on it, if so, you can make a bootable windows 10 usb drive for 64 bit windows 10, install that and enter the product key there (if it doesn't work, contact Microsoft).
Be aware that you'll loose all your data/settings/etc. that was stored on the laptop if you do that.

Edit: Do not take this post as advice, I can't assure that all the information is correct

Just download a windows10 x64 on a external storage device,
    Uninstall windows
    Install of storage device
    Add win10 license key.
    done.

I heard that 64-bit Windows is more expensive than 32-bit, isn't it?

No. Once you buy the product key you can it's for both the 32-bit and 64-bit editions of the version you bought. I know from experience.

You mixed that up with Pro and Home edition. They have nothing to do with 32/64bit though

Yeah, I was just wondering why people nowadays even obtain 32-bit distributions of Windows.
