    hi guys when i try start pocketmine (0.15.10 phar) im taking this error and when we try same phar on my friends pc it worked.I try 1.11 phar on my pc and worked i cant find any solution for fix this please help me(btw sorry for bad english)

    You have to use a php version that is older eg php 5.6

    Since it worked on your friend's pc, it would probably be easiest to get the php binaries from them. Php 5.6 is not supported anymore
