Farming Plugin | Set, Change Growing Time PocketMine

Hello I am attempting to make a world that has farming in it for my economy system.
Farming is a little bugged with placement of water and such, so I was thinking maybe somebody on here could make a plugin to fix these issues?

Plugin Functions;
1. Farming times are messed up, Maybe have a SET time for something to grow if it is day time
2. Water does not seem to effect farm land (not really mandatory but still nice)
3. Ability to set the grow time for each plant on a per-world baises.

example;
worlds:
world1:
wheat:45 second
Potatoes:120
carrot:90
watermelon:120
etc.

 

bump? I have seen other plugins and mods that make plants grow much faster, there must be a way to make a set growth time or anything similar to get farming to function?
