   I want to ask if someone can help me to create a plugin that add enderchest in the player's creative inventory.

   in my pm version there isn't ender chest
   }

   This is currently not yet possible, the API does not provide the capability. However, ender chests are planned for implementation in the future, and also API is in the works to allow plugins to register their own blocks and items.
