A plugin seems to be corrupting my level.dat files to 0 bytes, has anyone else had this problem? I suspect MyPlot is to blame so I'm testing that now, but I'd have expected other people to have the same issue...

MyPlot only generates worlds. It doesn't save them or set any NBT

Thanks Jason, did it used to? I've got MyPlot entries in my level.dat backups... Another possibility I just thought of is that my disk fills up temporarily while creating gzip backups, causing level.dat to be corrupted if saved before the temp backup file is deleted...

This usually means there wasn't enough disk space left to save the level.dat.

Indeed, two 15GB temporarily files created during the backup cronjob were filling up the disk, but 30GB was free when I was checking disk space. Duh!
