Combine Slots

Is there any plugin similar to LinkSlotAPI or LinkSlot or any plugins that total up players count of two server into one

For Example

Server 1: 23
Server 2: 40
Server 3: 12

Hub (Where all the server slots combined): 75 total players

I dont get the part below #servers:

Do i put the server ip instead of "localhost" or
