ChunkUtils didn't decrease lag

hello my worlds in anvil format, I installed chunk utils plugin but lag did not decrease

 

Maybe something else is creating lag? Use the /timings command and post here the link.

Your SkyBlock plugin is not optimized. Or a player is using a hack to make it lag

 

Are we really going to glance over the MobArena plugin that's taking 20% of the load?
