hi when I start pocketmine it says hosting on 0.0.0.0.19132

I was wondering how do I change that to my computer ip which is 127.0.0.1?

0.0.0.0 means "everyone can connect to the server".
127.0.0.1 means "only programs on this computer can connect to the server".
Are you sure you really want to change it?

So you want to restrict your server connections so that nobody else can join?

so basically there's a platform that allows other minecraft players to connect to my pc but only on 127.0.0.1 and not on 0.0.0.0
idk if that make any sense.

what platform are you talking about?
0.0.0.0 means EVERYONE, including 127.0.0.1, can join.

I don't know what you're trying to do, but the answer to your originql question is "add the line server-ip=127.0.0.1 to server.properties". Have fun trying out whethre this is what you wanted.
