Hey so I made a server blah blah blah. For some reason my friends were banned when they were killed by a mob. I cannot unban them even when I clear the banned players file. You need to unban them, and delete their playername.dat file in your players/ folder. https://github.com/pmmp/PocketMine-MP/issues/2175
Do you have hardcore mode enabled in your server.properties file? If you do, this would likely be why they were banned when they died.
