Can't login into my own server...

I'm currently running the server and it seems to be working on the CMD
But I can't login from the game, can't see it on the Friends tab or from the IPV4 address...
I tried the PowerShell Command but it said the command was not found...

 

Is your server port forwarded?
did you use the right ip in minecraft?
are you using a dev version?

 

I tried to login trough my "whatsmyip" address and it works, but I can't see the server from the Friends tab or join from localhost...

 

I don't believe you can join from localhost

are you running the server and trying to join on the same machine? try

are you running the server on port 19132?
only 19132 will show up in friends tab

 

I am running multiple servers on my computer but it seems like I can still join in the friends tab. I have 4 servers running on different ports port 19133 seems to show up in my friends tab. Hmmmm. Interesting.
