bin\php\php.exe: Exit 127

when i open the server i get this error (its the only message)
i dont understend at this

its happend after i was update my windows
before that my server was working normel

php version is : PHP 7.0.3
server version 1.0.8 (i dont think its relevant)
i always had windows 10 it was little update

 

All I did was search "php.exe exit 127", and this issue was on the first page of results.

 

Sorry for the bump, but that issue didn't solve anything Cory. I've spent the last 4 days searching for something that would fix this and this is what I have found...

• Even if I copy the files from a computer that works(but that I might not necessarily be able to have up 24/7) it still wont work on other computers.
• Sometimes updating using windows updater will make it work
• On some computers I haven't yet found a solution.
