Area Protection Plugin Recommendations

Are there any “area protection” plugins that fit this criteria?

• Can turn on/off pvp, hunger, fall damage etc...
• Compatible with latest Pocketmine API

I would say WorldGuard is the best. But it is outdated since Muqsit never updates it anymore.

Featival have some defect, Like if you are outside of area (next to it) then u can break the rules from it. Like u can Place block on restricted area standing next to it
