"Anti" Diamond plugin

Hey guys, I have a problem for a long time. I want to "anti" diamonds in my server.
1: When player typed /diamond command, their diamonds and diamond blocks was cleared
or
2: It will automatically delete the diamonds and diamonds on their inventory

I also think how to anti the player get the diamond in any way!

If one of the ways can not do that, I would think about the third way

For 1: you can use PlayerInteractEvent

Yes. Howerver, it only remove when players placed it.

 

No its remove that when they interact with the diamonds(Right Click, Left Click)
