    i mean i dont directly handle the internet but like someone informed me about a week ago
    like i totally get it things takes time, but it make no sense to email me before it's ready

    which makes 0 sense

    it's like you know you wont be ready to serve a customer their meal but you said their meal is already there
    only then to have them wait for it to ACTUALLY be ready
    why not just dont tell them until it's ACTUALLY done?
